Artesonraju transition

Mount Artesonraju, at 6,025 m above sea level, is located in the northern part of the Cordillera Blanca, precisely between the Santa Cruz ravine and the Parón valley. It is internationally recognized for its beautiful pyramidal shape and the great technical difficulty of climbing it. It is also said to be the mountain that inspired the logo of the famous American production company "Paramount Pictures".
