On this occasion, we opened the route on Mount Caullaraju in 2023 with our great friend and guide Miguel MartÃnez Apolinario, in the rope team, Peter Rosales. Due to the heavy accumulation of snow, every few steps someone stepped on a crevasse and sank up to their waist; luckily and happily, no one fell completely into one.
